The process was fast and efficient, not requiring any immediate expression of proteins. Following the repair of the damaged genome, the system cleansed the foreign energy signature and then hid a bit of purifying energy in the king's body.
Soon, the warm light began dying down, signifying the completion of the process. The continuously changing frown on the king's face instantly disappeared, expressing the relief that washed over him.
