“Do you think he’ll chew you up from head to tail when it sees you marked with my scent?”
“Dohwi!”
“Or maybe he’ll just swallow your entire body at once? Since he’s a serpent.”
There was no hesitation in his steps as he moved towards the territory of his mortal enemy, carrying his cherished fox.
“How delicious must you be? He’s probably never tasted a fox as sweet as you. Don’t you think so?”
Dohwi spoke joyfully, completely ignoring the trembling, soft body in his arms.
“You rascal! Trying to scare me again....”
“I haven’t even started yet. Should I try scaring my fox now?”
Dohwi playfully pretended to bite her fluffy ear.
“Maybe I should eat you up first before he does.”
“Ouch!”
Her loud scream echoed through the forest.
Though his teeth hadn’t even touched her yet, Dohwi let out a small chuckle and pretended to bite various spots on her plush, fur-covered front paws and neck.
Sohwa squirmed and giggled, eventually managing to slip out of Dohwi’s grasp.
