On their way home, the two walked hand in hand. Worried someone might steal her husband, Sohwa kept a sharp eye out in all directions.
But Dohwi, oblivious to her concerns, kept teasing her non-stop.
“There, look, it’s you, Sohwa.”
“What? Where?”
‘Is he talking about a white puppy or something like that?’
When she quickly turned her head, she saw a stall selling white rice cakes.
“You rascal...!”
She had told him about the humiliation of being called a ‘white rice cake’ by the brown rabbit, hoping for some sympathy, but instead, he just kept teasing her!
Dohwi found the incident so amusing that he joked about it every time they passed a stall selling rice cakes in the market.
As Sohwa’s tiny fists pounded on him, Dohwi couldn’t stop laughing.
“That cheeky rabbit ought to feel the wrath of these fists.”
