Sohwa, after completing Hwayeong’s hair with a butterfly-shaped hairpin, handed Hwayeong the mirror.
Hwayeong inspected her reflection and gave a small nod.
“Good work.”
“Now let’s fix your clothes. Your waist sash looks a bit loose.”
“Fine.”
Sohwa gestured for her to stand, and when Hwayeong obediently got up and raised her arms, Sohwa tightened the sash, smoothed out the creases, and gave a small look of approval.
“All done.”
With her simple yet neat appearance, Sohwa moved aside, and Hwayeong took a step forward.
