"I am still annoyed. Kiss me again," Xavier said, tapping his right cheek.
Selene knew Xavier wasn't annoyed anymore, but she still kissed him again as he requested. She felt the need to do so since he had done so much for her.
"There," Selene said, palming his face. "Are you better now?"
"No. It is only fair if you do the other side."
Selene laughed. "You are taking full advantage of this. I know that you are not annoyed. It is not like your aunt is bothering us now."
Selene was willing to bet Camilla would sneak out before she could be spotted by anyone.
"Then kiss me because we both enjoy it. I cannot wait," Xavier said, taking control to get the kisses he sought.
Selene welcomed the kiss. Her hands went around his neck, pulling him closer. It was strange to go to bed without him, and now that he was back, all she wanted was to be near to him.
Selene felt bold at the moment.
