moon was complaining. sun was at it again. deep cleaning. it had become a problem and sun knew it. but he didn't want to stop it made him feel complete once he was finally done.
"sun. you need to take a break at some point you know"
"I'll be fine moon!"
moon just sighed. sun jumped as he felt a hand fall onto his shoulder. when he turned. moon had a saddened look. sun felt really bad. the quilt for making his brother worry fell onto his heart like a one hundred pound weight.
"...okay, I'll take a break in 10 minutes, I promise"
"good. I'm going to go talk to Monty for a bit. please, take a break soon."
sun watched as moon walked out. sun grumbled. but. he couldnt break a promise.
Sun had been sitting in their room in the tower. he was just laying on the ground. sure he was metal and isn't supposed to be able to feel. but he did feel the way the cold floor pressed against his back. cooling his over loaded servos. sun knew he had something wrong with his mentally. but he didn't know what. he acted like some of the kids. they were fun to run around with.
sun sat up. something felt off. what was wrong? Sun stood. before going to the balcony.
BOOM
Sun was thrown back. he felt one of his rays snap. he watched as the room crumbled around him. he felt horror.
the destruction around his was quick and sudden. the explosion sent him across the room. the ray snapping wasnt a pain like a human would feel. but it still hurt.
sun tried to get up immediatly. his systems screaming at him with warning. his body was damaged. badly.
Sun could barely make out the hazy shapes of what remained of their room through the dust and debris. The world around him felt surreal, his vision glitching as sparks flew from his damaged form.
He tried to lift himself up, but his right arm, the one connected to the broken ray, refused to respond. His servos whined in protest, and a dull ache echoed through his joints, even though he knew he wasn't supposed to feel pain.
The room had been torn apart by the blast, but Sun couldn't focus on that now. He staggered to his feet, unsteadily moving across the fractured floor.
Each step felt like an eternity, his movements jerky and disjointed, his body struggling to compensate for the damage. He reached the edge of the wreckage, peering into the hallway beyond. It was eerily silent.
suns eyes, after his servos calmed down, looked around. the hallway from the yellow door next to him looked like a war zone. there was debri everywhere. the roof had crumbled. there was wires exposed and sparking. the room around sun was falling apart. where was moon? was moon okay? would sun be okay?
sun could feel the oil leaking. he needed to get moving. if he wanted to find moon. he needed to get moving. but it hurt so much. even if he couldnt literallerally feel pain. he knew it was there. sun took a deep breath. and stumbled out.
Sun's mind raced as he staggered down the hallway, his damaged frame groaning with every step. He had to find Moon.
He had to make sure his brother was okay. The damage to the tower had been catastrophic, and he wasn't sure if anyone else had survived the blast. His servos groaned and hissed, sparking as they tried to compensate for the damage.
Every step felt like pushing against a wall, and his movements became slower, more deliberate, as the weight of his malfunctioning body dragged him down.
"Mooon?!"
Sun called out. the static of his voice making him jump. he needed to find someone at this point. even if it was monty. sun tried to access the tracking app moon insisted they have. nothing. moon wasnt nearby. where was moon?
sun and managed to get to the main walkway of the daycare. it made his ocd go wild. but. he countinued. the whole pizza plex was destroyed.
Sun froze. the roof of the pizza plex caved in. a wall was collapsed. the pizza plex. Once a grand and cheerful entertainment complex, it now stands as a twisted, skeletal version of its former self, consumed by destruction and decay. The air is thick with dust, the remnants of a violent explosion, and the eerie quiet of a world that has come to a halt.
Outside was no better. it has suffered severe structural damage. What was once a bright, welcoming façade now bears the scars of catastrophe.
The once colorful signs and logos are half-fallen or charred, flickering intermittently with the occasional burst of electricity. The towering, neon lights that once guided visitors in with warm hues of yellow and pink now pulse weakly, if at all, casting long shadows over the cracked pavement below.
The towering, whimsical structure of the PizzaPlex seems to be sagging, like a giant collapsing under its own weight, as walls are bent inward and large chunks of the roof have collapsed onto the ground.
sun was just one animatronic... in a world with explosions going off. what was he going to do? was moon okay? was anyone else there?
