Chase smirked, leaning back comfortably as he watched Isaac maneuver across the battlefield. "Well," he said with a teasing grin, "he learned from the best, after all."
Athena arched a brow. "Oh?"
"Yeah," Chase continued, eyes never leaving Isaac. "Isaac once told me he had my brain — said he thought like me." He chuckled dryly. "He may not know how to play chess, but that's exactly what he's doing right now. He's setting up his pieces just right to take out his enemies' most valuable ones."
He gestured to the field. "Just watch — Isaac's not focused on points. He's targeting key players, one by one. That kid's playing chess without even realizing it."
