Atrox had seen a technique like that before. Infact it was almost as if he'd personally used a technique like that before.
The small ball of fire continued to condense, turning into a fery red that lit up the surroundings. Thrain dropped the said fireball in the air and created another one, and another untilballs of spinning red appeared around him like small stars.
But instead of condensing the whole lots further together, he simply gestured at Atrox. The red balls flashed forward, leaving a trail of fire behind them, a streak that formed a wall of balls in front of him.
Atrox flunged himself forward to meet the balls, he wove between them, his speed leaving behind after images. His sword also came up and down, slapping the balls away.
But he got careless and one of the fire balls exploded against his skin, sending wash of fire blasting into his face but for all that, it was like water getting spilled on him. He simply shook it off.
