"Don't." Damian's voice was cold, cutting through her words like a blade. His silver eyes burned as he towered over Selene, his hands clenched tightly at his sides.
"You tampered with the wine," Damian growled. "You drugged us."
Selene blinked, feigning confusion. "I don't know what you're talking about," she replied smoothly, her tone sweet, but her hands betrayed her as they fidgeted in her lap.
Damian's jaw tightened, and he took a step closer. "Don't play coy with me, Selene. The wine you sent to my chambers—it was laced with an aphrodisiac."
Selene scoffed, standing up to meet his piercing gaze. "That's ridiculous," she said, though her voice wavered slightly. "Why would I ever do something like that?"
Damian's expression darkened. "Don't test my patience," he hissed sharply. "Jasper told me everything. You're the one who prepared the tray. You're the one who sent it."
