My hands trembled as I reached for my wardrobe and began yanking out clothing out of my wardrobe. I moved past array of beautiful dresses, frantically searching through tons of heavy ball gowns, dinner dress and sleep wears till eventually I found what I was looking for. I grabbed a pair of my tunic and a pair of tight fitting pants and holster along with corset.
I wasted no time in undressing and putting on my attire. I was just putting on my tunic when the door suddenly opened and Heather came inside, a worried look on my face.
"My lady you left in such a hurry, I was wondering…" Heather trailed off staring at my attire then stared around at the mess I had made in the room, her gaze then landed on the bed where she saw the weapons I had laid out.
Her gaze snapped back to mine, assessing my attire with confusion on her face. "What are you doing?"
