Hugo kept his eyes fixed on Serin Jo's table.
Winter stepped back slightly and glanced at Hugo standing beside her.
As she was unknowingly admiring his sculptured profile, his dark eyes turned indifferently towards her.
"What is it?"
"Oh, nothing!"
Startled by the sudden eye contact, Winter quickly averted her gaze. Then she clung to the railing again and pretended to be intently looking down at the first floor.
The blue lighting was becoming brighter. However, it might have been her imagination, but it felt like Hugo was staring at her more intensely as the lights brightened.
What is it, is there something on my face...? Winter was trying hard to ignore Hugo's gaze. The more she tried, the more her face flushed with embarrassment.
