"So what now?" Meek asked
"I am going to make her fall in love with me and I will fall out of love with her," Cris said
"Fall out of love? All this for nothing, are you just playing with her?" Nick asked and Cris just smiled and left to see Bea
"So I will pick you up after school," he told her and left after school came to her
"Do you mind dropping Anita?" Bea asked
"Yes I do mind, I am here for you and no one else"
"it's ok, I am even waiting for my brother, he's going to pick me," Anita said
Bea got inside his car
"That wasn't nice"
"Yes I know but I want to spend time with you, if she's around I can't say the things I want to say to you, and going to her place will make me lose more time with you," Cris said
He drove her around and they spent time together he wanted her to know him more
"You always say bad things about yourself"
"Yes because I am a proud member of the bad boys association"
She laughed
He was fun to be around, for that week they were fun and he showed her a different side of him
Buy what made her like him more was when he came to her defense again when some girls tried to tarnish her image
They claimed she had an affair with a teacher at her previous school that's why she ran to this place.
At her previous school, she became close to one lecturer. Mr Edwards, Edwards was a good man who took her as a daughter when her father was mostly not there. He inspired her and offered to mentor her till she became a success but things got out of hand when his wife misunderstood their relationship all because she called him one late night when her father came home drunk and kicked her out, it was very late and she didn't know where to go what scared her into calling Edwards was when some guys ran after her she was so desperate
Edwards went to pick her up and realized how distressed she looked and there were some bruises. Edward had been questioned by his wife recently and he knew taking her to his house would create more problems that Bea wouldn't be able to handle so he took her to one of his penthouses, the wife followed him and clicked some awkward pictures like when she ran to hug him when she saw him because she was so scared, she was crying and told him what he and he wiped her tears all those moments were captured by his wife and then Edwards made sure she was ok before leaving which took quite some time before getting out of that place
His wife came to school and humiliated them over such things Edwards was suspended and that's one of the reasons she left with her dad.
Some girls got this information and wanted to humiliate her but Cris came to her aid
"All you have is just these pictures that don't show them sleeping together, if I hug you or wipe something off your face does that mean we are having an affair???" he shouted
"But what about that hour together alone what if something happened? And the wife won't make a fuzz about it if it weren't true"
"Oh really?!! I saw you at Mr Leonard's office a few days ago and you took quite some time there should I also insinuate that you and him were banging? And aboutthe wife she is just a stupid person who mighthabe lost a Good man because of something silly"
"Hey Cris don't spread rumors we were just having an academic conversation"
"Exactly so stop talking nonsense" he took Beas's hand and wanted to leave the place but he stopped and turned to Gladys
"Every one of you has a secret you wouldn't want to be out so stop digging someone's own and this should be the last time if anyone is looking for someone to bully her name pops up" he sounded a warning to the students
"And you Gladys stop throwing stones when you leave in a glass house, remember even I have pictures about you banging your friend's father but shhhh!¡ let's not tell anyone" he winked at her after saying this to everyone,
