The message hung in Damion's vision as he huffed. He hadn't fought so hard in his life before; his aim was to subdue and not to kill, which was a pretty tough task considering his opponent's strength.
Kenzo's body didn't revert to his human form after he was knocked out. This didn't seem out of ordinary probably because anyone would think it's because he was knocked out. However, now that Damion had tamed him, he could sense the changes in his tamed Draconian, no matter how little.
"His body is still absorbing what it had taken from the Eldritch Dragon," Nyx said, his body shifting back to its spherical shape.
"Hmm." Damion canceled Shadow Possession.
The billowing black fog coming from the tears in his body retreated, before pouring out of his feets and reforming his shadow. There was a flicker of an emotion in Damion's eyes, before he stopped himself from collapsing.
