Chapter 146 - Result of the test

All Players stats For the Pre-Season Test and Training how it was conducted below the list of test and training to get said data:

1. Speed & Agility Training

20-Meter Sprint – Measures acceleration and top speed.

40-Meter Sprint – Focuses on overall sprinting ability.

Shuttle Runs (5-10-5 Drill) – Improves quickness and direction changes.

Ladder Drills – Enhances foot speed and coordination.

Cone Weaving & Slalom Runs – Improves agility while maintaining control.

Flying Sprints – Sprinting with a rolling start to develop top-end speed.

Reaction Sprints – Sprinting in response to a coach's whistle or ball movement.

2. Endurance & Stamina Training

Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test – Measures aerobic endurance.

Beep Test (Multistage Fitness Test) – Evaluates stamina and recovery.

Interval Running (30/30s, 15/15s, etc.) – High-intensity running with short breaks.

Continuous Long-Distance Running – Builds overall endurance.
