Abigail Bloodborne, The Queen that took it all.
That was the title discreetly given to her and later she would be publicly called as such when Arthur defeats her.
She didn't marry the king for love, she married him for power. Something that the Bloodborne's are great at controlling and have a tendency towards.
Abigail's reign as the Queen (When the king fell ill) wasn't bad at all. You could even say she was rather successful too.
There were three major events that happened during her reign and a few minor ones that bumped her title a bit. One of those minor one's was the attack on her castle by the Burning Pain of Dragonicas cult.
I'll tell you one of the major events that will happen, it was war. In the novel, Abigail had successfully strived off the war with the Sekai Kingdom.
Of course it was mostly because of Arthur and his gang, but you still can't deny the major things Abigail was part of.
But that wasn't the worst thing I am worried about.
It's Arthur.
