As soon as we reached King's Cross, I quickly said my goodbye to everyone and went to the muggle exit and went with the Dursleys to the Surrey. As soon as we arrived at Privet Drive, I went to my room and have one of my elves, take me straight to the Potter Manor.
"Tobby! Tobby!"
"Yes Master Harry."
"Tobby, complete all the preparation for the ritual I asked you we will perform this summer. We will perform it as soon as we get the confirmation that the Summit has started. Also contact Lenold and tell him to keep an eye on the ministry for whenever Dumbledore comes for the portkey to ICW summit and to keep an eye on this year's ICW summit and to tell us when it starts and when Dumbledore leaves it." I told him. Lenold is the head of a detective firm that is led by some of the saner werewolf pack that oppose Greyback.
As for why Remus never joined such groups because they instinctually hate him because unlike Remus, they have accepted the wolf 'spirit', for lack of a better term, while he constantly rejects it. It is also one of the reasons why werewolves those who were not involved with Greyback never joined Dumbledore, because they hated the emissary even before the discussion began. And seriously, accepting the wolf inside is more beneficial than resisting. It increases your physical attribute, gives you a partial transformation in which you are only slightly weaker than the werewolf on full moon, and you can even cast spells in that form and most importantly accepting the wolf will give you more control over it on full moon.
It is the reason why Greyback is so vicious, he is for all practical purposes, one with the wolf inside him and thus is one of the strongest werewolves and has the greatest control on full moon so much more difficult to take down. He has so much control on his werewolf form, even on full moon, that a werewolf who has drunk wolfsbane potion will be only have slightly more control than Greyback over his form.
"As you say master."
"Also bring Hedwig here and feed him, by that time I will have a letter written for him to deliver."
"Yes master."
After giving these orders, I went to the Lord's Study and started writing the letter addressed to Sirius. It was a simple letter telling him to come to Potter Manor. And soon Hedwig was flying with the letter towards, hopefully if Sirius listened to him, Grimmauld Place.
By next day, Hedwig returned with Sirius message that he is coming to the manor in a couple of hours and soon Sirius came to the manor. He looked nostalgic but happy and much healthier than when we met in the Shrieking Shack when he came to manor, likely reminiscing about past memories.
I came out to greet and welcome him "Welcome Sirius to Potter Manor."
He smiled and said "It feels good to be back here and to know that you know about your all this. Seeing you at the Dursley's I thought that you grew up without knowing about your legacy. Atleast Dumbledore told you about your legacy, I was not sure he will."
"Yes, I know about my legacy, but it is not because of Dumbledore. He did almost everything in his power to keep me unaware about it. But we should not talk about it at the doorsteps. Come, come inside." I spoke and we went to the family lounge of the manor.
There I told him about my life at Dursleys, how I escaped from there, what I have been doing since coming here and all that. I even told him about the horcruxes including the one in my scar and how I have found a way to get rid of it. I have to stop him from going to kill the Dursleys and tell him about how I returned the favor by turning into my slaves since I came to the manor. As for my knowledge about all this, I said that I have eidetic memory since birth and knew about most of the things. During this time Healer Dacey also came to give a check-up to Sirius and it came out he was very much physically damaged from his extended Azkaban trip. His bones and muscles were too weak, he was very badly malnourished and needed to follow a very strict potion regime to return back to his pre-war condition. But the saddest thing was that Sirius has turned infertile from that ordeal. That while not meaning much to normal people will mean that while Sirius can take the position of Lord but also needs to keep an heir apparent to pass the Black name who must have Black blood.
After that we discussed things including me telling him about my first two years at Hogwarts, my plans for Dumbledore, Voldemort and his Death Eaters.
"Harry, what will you do after you defeat Voldemort and, depending on Dumbledore's motive, do whatever you want with him. You know the high pedestal that Dumbledore was raised to when he defeated Grindelwald, while it was both of our grandfather's that actually fought, bled, sacrificed friends and defeated Grindelwald's forces while Dumbledore sat on his arse in Hogwarts. You will be raised to the same pedestal after you defeat Voldemort. What will you do with that kind of political power." Sirius asked me the millions of galleons question.
It was a question that I realised a couple a year back when I saw the soft power Dumbledore had over most of the kids at Hogwarts. I have thought about this long and hard and have come to an answer a while back. "I will be the change the wizarding world needs desperately."
"What do you mean Harry" Sirius asked, and no pun intended, seriously.
"Look around the wizarding world, you will hardly find any new innovation in this world over the last few centuries. We are still hiding from muggle, rightly so, they outnumber us too much presently, but don't even realise the threat that we are very close to being discovered due to people like that Mundungus Fletcher. And what does our Muggle Studies professors teach us, that they are still driving horse carriages and uses muskets for weapons. They have developed weapons strong enough to destroy cities and are making gadgets that record visual recording of everything like a moving photograph, that can record hours and even month long videos, but no one seems to be aware of how close we are to being discovered." I ranted.
"So, what will you do Harry" Sirius repeated himself.
"I will rule the wizarding world and will bring it out of this complacency it has gone in to forcefully pushing and screaming. I will end this useless belief of blood purity and end the discrimination and will make it a meritocracy. I am not going to change everything, the Wizengamot but the dark families will have to go, the ministry will need to be answerable to someone." Silence enveloped the room for a few minutes.
"And where does I fall in this grand plan of yours, Harry." Sirius asked, breaking the silence.
"What! just like that. I thought it will take some convincing, explaining and what not to convince you." Harry asked, slightly surprised.
"Harry, I believe in you. I know you have the best intention at heart and maybe I am a bit biased, but I know you will never do anything wrong intentionally and I will always be there to guide you. I already left you during that night for which you have to suffer, I will not abandon you again." Sirius said mournfully.
"Firstly, I need you to claim your lordship and take control of your assets and Black Legion. As I said Voldemort is alive and will soon came to the power and we will need all the monetary, military and political power that we can gather. That's why as soon as Dumbledore leaves for the yearly ICW summit and it starts I will go and claim my lordship under the right of Ultima Linea, will take the Gringotts blood test, as I don't want anyone in the ministry to know about it, to take other lordships like Fleamont, Peverell and other if any. You will come with me and together we claim them. After claiming the lordship, I will plan something to get you a trial."
"It's a good plan Harry." Sirius commented.
