Melissa asked.
"Yeah. But Ezaki is special—he has multiple powerful Quirks inside him. And not only are his Quirks strong, but he also works harder than anyone else."
Midoriya's gaze became a little unfocused.

Meanwhile, inside the building, David called Ezaki Kitazawa in.
"I heard from All Might that you have a very rare Quirk—'Regeneration'," David said.
"Yeah," Ezaki Kitazawa nodded.
"I'm honestly shocked. A while ago, All Might told me his old injury was healed, and I was wondering who could be that skilled. I never expected it to be a first-year U.A. student," David said calmly.

"So, Professor David, is that why you called me here?" Ezaki Kitazawa asked, a little speechless.
David chuckled, "Of course not. I want to design a new combat suit for you. How about it?"
If Midoriya had heard this, he would probably be insanely jealous. But to Ezaki Kitazawa, it wasn't a big deal.
"No need, I wouldn't want to trouble you, Professor David," Ezaki Kitazawa politely declined.

Just then, All Might patted Ezaki Kitazawa on the shoulder and said, "Ezaki, just accept it."
"Yeah, kid, listen—I don't usually design suits for others, except for All Might," David explained.
"Alright then, I'll thank you in advance, Professor David. If there's nothing else, I'll head outside for a bit and let you two catch up," Ezaki Kitazawa said smoothly.
"Go ahead," David replied.
A few hours later…
"You nerd, what did you just say?! That guy's here too?!" Bakugo Katsuki shouted, veins popping on his forehead.
"Ezaki is on I-Island too?" Yaoyorozu Momo asked.
"Yeah, we came on the same plane," Midoriya Izuku replied quietly.
"Then why isn't he with you?" Jiro Kyoka asked curiously.
"My dad had something to discuss with him, so he couldn't come with us," Melissa explained from the side.
At that moment, standing at the bottom of the stairs, Kirishima Eijiro, who had just finished a challenge, shouted, "Hey! You guys wanna give this a try? It's pretty fun!"
This event didn't require registration—anyone could join. The goal was to defeat the robots on an artificial hill in the shortest time possible. The fastest one would be the winner.
"Fine, whatever, just to kill time," Bakugo Katsuki muttered before leaping into the challenge.
"Alright! We have another challenger!"
"Everyone, get ready… Start!" the female referee announced loudly.
As soon as she finished speaking, Bakugo Katsuki activated his Quirk and blasted forward, using a series of flashy jumps. In no time, only the last robot at the top remained.
"Die!" Bakugo roared, unleashing an explosive attack.
*Boom!*
The explosion echoed.
"Wow, that was incredible! He completed the challenge in 15 seconds, beating the previous second-place record of 16.3 seconds!" the referee announced.
But the moment Bakugo heard he was in second place, his smile instantly vanished. He stomped up to the referee, grumbling, "What did you just say?! Second place?!"
The referee hesitated and replied, "Y-Yeah, that's right. What's the problem?"
"Then I'll do it again! This time, I'm taking first place!" Bakugo declared, getting ready.
"But… first place is 5 seconds. That's 10 seconds faster than you. Basically, while you finish one round, that person could finish three. Are you sure you still want to try?" the referee explained.
Hearing this, Bakugo's eyes nearly popped out of his head.
"What?! Five seconds?! You're joking, right?!"
"I'm not joking," the referee smiled.
"Five seconds? Tch… That must be a pro hero's record. Which pro hero has this much free time?" Kirishima Eijiro frowned.
"Probably. Five seconds isn't something a normal person can pull off," he added.
Midoriya said, "No need to guess. That record was definitely set by a pro hero."
Jiro Kyoka continued, but just as she finished speaking, a voice came from behind them.
"Huh? Everyone's here? What are you guys doing?"
They turned around and saw Ezaki Kitazawa walking over slowly while eating an ice cream.
"Ezaki-kun?"
Kirishima Eijiro was the first to run up to him and said, "Ezaki-kun, are you interested in giving this a try? Someone cleared it in just five seconds!"
"Yeah! If you try it, maybe you can set a new record and take first place!"
Midoriya Izuku said, "Breaking a five-second record? No way. Five seconds is already insane."
Melissa spoke up, and Ezaki Kitazawa paused for a moment before pointing at the hill.
"Are you talking about this challenge?"
"Yeah! So, are you interested?"
"I already did it. That five-second record is mine."
Ezaki Kitazawa said this with a straight face, then licked his ice cream.
Everyone stared at him in shock.
