As Kenji called out, a quick blur of pink colour flashed around the cultists, making them confused as to what it was.
But before they could even contemplate on this seeming problem, a sigil ( magic circle) appeared a few feet away from them. The sigil brimming with dark energy, as a shadowy figur- no, a shadow beast appeared. It's height towering above the book shelves, as it's head almost touched the ceiling of the library.
Seeing this beast of a monstrousity in front of them, the cultists all yelled out in fear, as they took a few steps back in fright. With the one with the ice sword dropping it in fear.
" Wha- what Is that thing? That can't be a shadow beast, they only appear in dungeons!" One of the cultists said, his voice stammering, as he looked on in fear.
