He reached the door and knocked as he did before, footsteps came about as Terra opened the door happily, seemingly ready to rest as she wore her night clothes. Dante was surprised to see her in such a manner, as he'd been so used to seeing her in only her uniform wear. She had a toothbrush in her mouth and her hair wrapped into a messy bun from what it seemed.
"Shande, wahsup?" she said as the toothbrush messed up her speech the moment she tried to talk, he figured she had been brushing her teeth when he decided to knock on her door. Once again feeling as if he'd interrupted someone in their process, he looked at her earnestly as his goal had settled in his mind once more.
"Can we talk about something, I kinda need your help…"
"Oww…shure."
Terra quickly spit the gargle that was in her mouth into the cup she was holding, freeing her words from the flurry of mint that was stuck to her teeth.
"Come on in, let's talk while I finish up."
Dante nodded as he then entered the room, shutting the door behind them. He looked around to see that his and her room were two completely different things. Awards and writings were sprawled about on her walls, from what seemed to be written reports, all the way to awards given out by the school for various things, he'd realized that she'd been staying at the school for some time now, considering what Grant had said about her not being home in a while.
"You have a lot of things in here…"
"Yeah, I make sure to keep everything around."
"Lots of gold and stuff."
"They're mostly from when I was younger. I don't try as hard anymore hehe."
"Hmmm."
He continued to inspect the wall before Terra quickly moved to put her stuff away. Dante sat on her bed and waited for her as she returned, she seemed fully prepared for the night. Sitting on the bed alongside him and crossing her legs, she tilted her head as she asked.
"What was it that you needed? Something the matter?"
"Oh, right. It's about the Dungeon Walk."
"I heard all about it! It's a pretty exciting trial! Though I can't recall the addition of starless students being a part of everything."
"Yeah…it's mostly trouble with my partner."
"Oh right, I heard about Professor Manor forcing you guys to team up. Who'd you get matched up with anyways…?"
She laid back on the bed, grabbing her pillow as she began to think about who could possibly be matched up with Dante. Not only hoping that things could be going well for him, but also that he could have possibly made a new friend along the way.
