Ivy River spoke coldly, "Edwin Blake, your dear mother is causing a scene at my workplace right now. If you don't want the Blake Clan Group to make the news, call her off immediately. You've got five minutes."
"Son, let me tell you..."
Raelynn Dawn had just started speaking when Ivy River hung up the phone abruptly.
There was no time for this mother-son pair to catch up.
"You claim you're not trying to seduce my son, so how come you still have his phone number saved?"
Ivy River grinned, "I can't help it. After all, we were together for three years, wouldn't it be strange if I didn't remember his number? I'm not a fish with a seven-second memory."
Raelynn Dawn was fuming but helpless.
The phone rang.
"Hello, son, let me tell you, this vile woman..."
Edwin Blake interrupted coldly, "Leave the hospital now."
"No, son, I'm here for a check-up."
Raelynn Dawn quibbled.
"If you cause any trouble, don't blame me for being rude!"
"How can you talk like that to your mother?"
