Arthur was stunned the moment he saw her.
"It's taken the Uno Kingdom tens of thousands of years to stockpile just over ten thousand of those! That's like getting one every few years — and you're out here wasting it like this?!"
As he spoke, Arthur's right hand holding the watering can began to tremble uncontrollably from rage.
