Chapter 184 - Conflict

Rope looked at the small river not too far away, and one of the big guys over there, pursing his lips in silence.

"Are they... sparring with Pokémon?"

Whitley looked at the sounds of roaring flames and explosions that came out from time to time over there, as well as some commanding voices that were not quite audible...

This was one of the items that was expressly forbidden on the commitment that Whitley and Rope had signed with them...

Any Pokémon battles are prohibited in the Safari Zone except for emergency self-defense.

"That's funny, my rules, and they're being treated like crap?"

The corners of Rope's mouth curved into a cold arc.

Whitley looked at Rope's expression and felt the burning anger underneath Rope's icy expression.

Then she silently lit a wax in her heart for these people in front of her...

Rope this petty guy, if he's not happy, others still want to be good? Don't dream about it...

But Rope's phrase 'my rules' still made Whitley understand more deeply why Rope would take the Safari Zone issue so seriously...

Everyone who doesn't abide by the rules belongs to the group that's hitting him in the face. Rope's face... he Rope is such a good-looking person... after being punched in the face for so long, it would be a hell of a thing for him to be able to hold back and not do anything about it...

"Come out, Growlithe... and save my reputation..."

Rope unhooks Growlithe's Pokéball from his waist, then silently releases Growlithe.

Growlithe could really hear in the Pokéball that Rope was really angry, and that not giving face to Rope was not giving face to all of their Pokémon, and those who didn't give face to them... must do it themselves to get their face back. There's no way, he, Growlithe, is such a do-it-yourself dog...

Growlithe didn't say a word, just nodded silently, and then advanced that way through the potentially dense grass.

As Growlithe disappeared from sight, Rope turned his head and asked Whitley, "Ready?"

Whitley was confused for a moment, then asked in disbelief, "Ready for what?Didn't Growlithe go?"

Rope rolled his eyes and said, "Come on, of course you have to do something like punching a face to find a face yourself. I had Growlithe go over there hidden just in case of an accident."

Whitley understood when Rope said that.

Face is definitely something to be found, and it must be found by oneself, as for why Growlithe should be allowed to prevent accidents...

"You're worried that there are powerful people on the opposite side?"

"No, I'm just afraid of people running away from the opposite side..."

Rope got up, then looked coldly at the crowd over there...

"Not one of them can run away for me... "

————————————

The movement of Rope and Whitley standing up was obvious, and the two of them had no intention to hide their figures, so naturally the crowd by the river wouldn't be unable to see it, one of the black-suited men whispered a few words to the other black-suited man, who was obviously of a higher rank, and then pointed to Rope and Whitley who were walking towards them over there.

The higher level one black suit was an inch head, the short haired man looked at Rope and Whitley, his face was still cold, nodded his head, and then walked towards the teenager in the middle of the crowd.

"Young master, there are two people coming over there."

Short haired man bent down and ambled to Naoi's ear and said.

Naoi looked at the few people in front of him who were having their Pokémon bombard the entire river, and with an annoyed face, he yelled down, "Tell them to get lost! All of them roll!"

He had been carrying this river for almost an afternoon now, and he saw that it was about to get dark! He didn't want to spend a night in the middle of nowhere.

If he couldn't force Dratini out in another half hour, he would have to punish these useless guys! Then he would teach Dratini a good lesson later after he had subdued him!

"Yes young master!"

Inch watched as Naoi had fallen into a violent rage and didn't say another word, just nodded, then prepared to shoo Rope and Whitley away.

He then gestured towards the black suits on either side of him, who nodded in the same way, before heading in the direction of Rope and the others.

"Gentlemen, please also leave this area, we are temporarily occupying it."

One of the black suits walked up to Rope and Whitley, stopped them, and then said. As he spoke, he also revealed the Pokéball on his waist from time to time, while the black suit on the other side pulled out a bunch of money, it didn't look like much, but it was really quite a lot, so it really wasn't a bad thing if it was just to stay away from this place for a while...

Unfortunately, the person on the opposite side of the room was Rope...

Rope paid no attention to the Poké ball, nor did he pay attention to the money in their hands.

"Temporary occupancy... does your family own this place?"

Rope cocked his head, a mocking smile on his face.

"Since when is it the League's turn to have two guys who don't know what they're talking about take over the land? And temporarily occupy it? Who are you?"

Rope continued with his mouth agape.

Although Whitley on one side didn't say anything, the expression on his face was exactly the same as Rope's. It couldn't be said to be very similar. It couldn't be said to be very similar, it could only be said to be exactly the same...

The two men in black exchanged glances for a moment before they simply released the Pokémon at hand.

The people in black behind them were obviously prepared, and soon five Mightyena appeared in front of Rope.

Rope raised his eyebrows, but he didn't expect it to be Pokémon like Mightyena. This kind of Pokémon is still more common in the Hoenn region, so it seems that the group of people in front of him, if someone in their family has connections with the Hoenn region, either they really like Pokémon like Mightyena, and then specially purchased them from the black market or from the regular market. Pokémon or purchased the eggs from the regular way.

But if you think about it, you'd probably know that it should be the black market whole, normal breeding houses aren't very fond of breeding Evil-type Pokémon, and it's really a matter of the market.

"How about it, you two, can you get your money and leave now?"

Inch walked forward, and the Mightyena beside him was also significantly larger and more imposing...

"Not really wanting to leave... I still want to ask what you guys are from, to be so arrogant..."

Rope also touched the Charmeleon and Chimchar appeared in front of everyone, looking at the five aggressive Mightyena in front of them, there was no fear in the eyes of the two Pokémon.

Charmeleon's face was flat, as if there were just five King Carp in front of him.

Chimchar, on the other hand, looked eager to try, and the five Mightyena in his eyes looked like five prey that he just happened to be practicing on.

Apparently, Rope just didn't bring the fear...

A grin appeared on the inches face, and really, he he just loved the kind of people who couldn't look at them as lapdogs. Because watching these people get brutally beaten... was really cool!

"Do it!"
