Despite her serious talk with Valentina and the admin, there were still several days before they would actually begin the year. She had to organise her books, clothes, and gifts from other witches in the organisation during these days. Everything from cosmetics to makeup and nicely ornated handheld mirrors were given to her. Some ingredients for special potions could be used at the academy, and even spare socks could be used if things got too chilly when participating in their practical programs.
On the opposite side of the room lay a bed, for a girl she formerly knew that was no longer around her. Mika's heart ached at the memories they had formed together in their short time together. With a simple shake of her head, she banished the negative thoughts from her mind, instead, she chose to think about their fateful encounter at the prestigious school.
