"How is this not urgent?!" Her temper flared again. "They're already spreading lies about you all over the internet, and you don't even know who's behind it—"
Just then, Logan's phone rang.
On the other end, Daniel roared, "Get your ass back here! You cause a scandal this huge and don't even have the decency to reflect? I should just hand the company over to Owen. Is stirring up trouble the only thing you know how to do?!"
Logan calmly ended the call and turned to Selina.
"Now we know. Told you, no need to rush."
Selina caught on. "So the one behind the rumor… was Owen?"
Logan's voice was casual, as if the whole thing was barely worth his attention. "He planted two people inside the company. It's time to stir things up. Mrs. Reid, care to do me a favor?"
