"You know you'll be hurting yourself if you don't. I'll suggest you do the needful. No one is saying you should get back with Nicholas. Just let him know he has a child with you."
Amber glared at Emily. "I don't know what you are saying or what you want me to do. Just stop it already. I know I asked for your help, but don't mention his name to him. I don't want to hear that man's name."
Emily was pissed off with her tone of voice. She understood she was still hurting from all he did to her, and she said calmly, "Please don't do this to your child. Remember, you made peace with your real father, even though he was there while you were little."
"Don't deprive your child of a father. If you hadn't had a father replacement, do you think you would be happy too? That poor child is going through it. He is young, but he knows what is going on."
