a group of students sat around a table in a room. The room itself was very basic but it the walls were lined with shelves of book, as if some sort of personal library.
The students were hard at work making making posters and practising slogans.
Although this room was normally quiet, today
It was bustling with noise and at the center of it all was a beautiful girl named Akemi Shio.
"This should do the trick"
Until now, her and her friends had been hard at work for a poster which represented their club.
"President, how does it look?" In her soft voice she spoke and looked towards the club president.
" Thank you for you hard work, it's perfect."
" Thank you~" She broke into a gracious smile, a smile that could make any man's heart melt.
That was just her charm. Akemi Shio, a name famous among the seniors and juniors alike. Her incredible beauty and hard working nature made the whole student body look at her in awe.
She was also the secretary of the book reading club and was planning to become president when the current one, Tanabe-san, graduated
" Good work everyone, I think that's enough for today."
She complimented everyone on their hard work. Today they were vigorously preparing for the club fair. The beginning of the school year meant it was also the time of year for new members.
In addition to being satisfied with their work, the club members felt soothed by Shio's calming voice and coudnlt help but find themselves at peace.
They cleared there things and left the club room. As they did they all made small talk with each other.
" Senpai, will you be going to the freshman party today?"
" No i don't think so."
" Aw man, I'd like to drink with senpai, you said we would soon, senpai."
"don't worry, i'll stay true to that promise, just not today."
Shio chatted with her juniors with her warm smile in place. The freshman drinking party, it's on everyone's minds today, and for good
reason of course.
Although seniors didn't need to be there, plenty of them join to meet and greet their new juniors especially if they have siblings among them or are juniors of the same department.
" You sure you won't go? I will."
Tanabe-san made his attentions clear but then again it was obvious he would go. He met the freshman every year since he joined."
" Thank you for the offer Tanabe-senpai, but I still have to decline."
" Well it's fine, it's not like you have to go, most seniors don't anyways."
Tanabe shrugged his shoulders and walked off with the other club members. Shio slightly lagged behind and thought to herself. And suddenly, the look on her face changed.
" I don't think she would like it if i went" she muttered to herself.
