Xia Yuqing turned her head slightly. A shirtless man with a confident smirk stood before her. His eyes raked over her shamelessly, lingering on her face a little too long.
She frowned. "Excuse me?"
"You here alone?" he asked, flashing what he probably thought was a charming smile.
She exhaled sharply, already irritated. "No."
"Really?" He chuckled, his eyes scanning the crowd around her. "I don't see anyone. If you're waiting for someone, they must not care much if they left a beauty like you all by yourself."
Xia Yuqing's lips curled in distaste. Who was this idiot? Could he not see the clear 'go away' expression on her face? "Not interested."
But the man was either blind or simply too thick-skinned to take the hint. Instead of backing off, he took another step closer, amusement flickering in his eyes. "Come on, don't be shy. I was just thinking maybe we could—"
