She wanted him to break as she did. To feel what she felt.
But he didn't.
His heart should be racing, his hand should move to soothe her, to hold her together before she unraveled completely before she became nothing but a speck of dust.

If Rav were here… he would have held her, to ensure she didn't break or vanish into the wind, silenced her cries, soothed her pain, and held her until the darkness was erased.
But Kraven didn't. His hands did not hold her as she hoped, they just hung at his sides, useless.
Her sobs continued to rip through the air, her body crumbling and shaking as the weight of all unleashed emotions crashed over her.
And all Kraven could do was watch.
