"Do you like it?"
"I lost the others," Isadora said, biting her bottom lip.
She knew these swords were forged by him. She hated herself for not caring for them properly, yet he gave her another.
"It's a good thing you did, this is better."
Isadora kept her eyes on the blades, it was far better crafted than the first ones she had. And when she held the twin daggers, they were so light, almost like she held feathers.
"Thank you."
"Don't thank me, love."
Isadora dropped the daggers and faced him. Her eyes linger on his bleeding wound before shifting to his eyes, the same ones he hadn't taken off since she walked into this room.
"What do you want then?"
"Smart girl," he mused as he brought the pipe to his lips and sipped. "You owe me a wish then."
"Okay," she murmured, silently praying it wouldn't be an insane demand like falling off a mountain.
Kraven coughed, dropping the pipe on the table. "Go to bed, love."
