'Okay' I say feeling suspicious, he proceeds 'Uh, I'm gonna need your number for further communication' he said
'Okay, let me write it down' he collected the paper and said 'See you later'.
~Mari's Pov~
I was on the other end of the hall and I needed to take a walk to the registerers office to change a course.
'I would like to change a course, I don't know if that's possible' I asked the woman behind the counter.
'Yes, only if you are a fresher, there are so many courses that are suitable or preferable but if it's a GST course, you can't change that, most of the courses are not compulsory, really, they are optional' she started, 'Oh, okay, well the course I want to change is Statistics, don't really understand it's teachings, can I change to something else?' I asked.
'Yes, you can , which course would you like to change to?' she asked
'Any course, except the ones that have math in them' I said pleading nicely
' I'm sorry, I can't do that, you have to choose the course you want to change, here's a list of course to help you' she implied.
'Okay, let me look at that' I responded, while searching a boy came close to me and stared for a while, he said
'Hey, miss violet, I would like to change some courses you gave me this semester' he said, as I turned to look at him he gave me a sly smile.
'Oh, hey Adams, how are you doing? How's football and UCLA'S Auburn Dogs' she asked with appeal.
'Oh, great , miss Violet, we just started practice', he responded
'Oh, I heard you guys have 5 matches to prepare for this semester' Miss Violet stated
'Oh yeah, well that's why we started practice early' he continued
All these conversations were going on and I was still standing waiting for when they would finish, can't believe Miss Violet as she calls herself would leave me who came first to be attending to a different person, while I'm still here..... that's favouritism!
'Ma'am, I still need to change my course' I reminded her, disrupting the conversation she had with a fellow students.
'Yeah you do, but you haven't chosen a course in which you would like to swap to and you have to fill a form'
'Ugh, seriously' I groan then sigh, 'Okay, I'll choose, umm' I looked through the course sheet and then finally chose Biology, cause I had to have at least one science courses after that I gave it to her, while selecting my course, the Adams guy still had a smirk on his face and then he finally spoke 'hey' I just reluctantly answer back 'hey' and then he asks 'What are you studying and that was when the lady gave me a form to fill, 'Okay' and then when I didn't respond, he looked at me and said 'hey, beautiful, I am talking to you' and then he poked me, I turned and then I had to respond, I filled the form and submitted it, I was overwhelmed with the whole 'changing of course stuff' because if I changed a course and later don't have a need of it again, the school board would not allow me to change a course twice, so I just prayed that this biology would go well for me, as I turned about to live, Adams held me by my waist and pulled me closer to his chest and he liked deep into my eyes and said 'I was talking to you, miss' It was like he was going to choke if he averted his gaze and we kept on staring in the competition of 'deep stares' and I just appeared speechless and then I found what to say after he slightly released me, 'I am so sorry, I was overwhelmed with the whole course changing thing, I didn't even realize a cute guy was standing with me all this while' I said, he chuckled with a sweet smile following 'you looked so attractive from across the room and that's why I decided to walk over, so what course are you studying or should I say what's your discipline?' he said
'Well you know, I'm lazer focused, I came I here to change my course and I decided to do so without any distractions' I defended
'Oh, so I'm a distraction!?' he exclaimed, 'Oh no, it's not like that, it's not what mean, I meant I'm kinda reserved, I don't interact with just anybody' I said.
Miss Violet interjected 'Hey, if you guys wanna have a love meeting, do it outside my office, this is my working place, times up' and then we had to live.
