Julian packed the car and they both got out.
"Follow me." Julian said as he went towards the bar.
Emma did not know why he needed to say that because she was going to follow him anyway.
They got to the entrance of the bar and entered. The bar was big and just like Julian said, there were not many people around now. It was a relief for Emma.
Julian went straight to the counter where the bartender was and Emma was right behind him.
"Is he around?" Julian asked the bartender.
"No, he has not come in yet." The bartender replied.
"That's rare, he is normally the first person here, he literally opens the bar every morning for some weird reason." Julian said. "You can seat down." Julian faced Emma.
Emma sat down on the chair next to the counter and Julian sat down right in front of her.
"You know I haven't really been to a bar since I came to this city." Emma said.
"Your life must be a really sad one then."
