Calmly walking down a a hallway crowded with dead bodies, we see the son of the grim reaper approaching as Shiva pulls her blade out of a warrior being choked by her husband.
The couple stands to the side, across from two other members of the infamous 6 of the White Glove, and happily walks behind their new leader as he pushes the double doors open and walks into the current leader's office.
The current leader, guarded by the only two infamous six members still loyal to him, stares out of the window. "Amazing. You have only been free less than a year, and yet look at how quickly you have destroyed everything I have built." He marvels.
"I could say the same thing. The decades I was imprisoned and my once strong grip on the world is degraded to that of a child's pinch." The son says walking up to the two remaining 6 not on his side.
"The choice is easy. Continue life as a traitor in his eyes, or lose your life like a fool before mine." He tells them.
One of the warriors puts his guard down and walks away from his partner towards the rest of the group.
Once he passes the son, he tries a sneak attack on him, but this is predicted, as the son easily deflects his and his partner's synched attack and grabs them both by the throat.
A blank look appears on both warriors' faces as the son holds them suspended in the air.
"You have fought plenty of battles and have overcome the fear of death before, but nothing like this. This feeling, once it grips you, leaves the human mind no chance of surpassing its natural instincts, it only allows the individual to accept. This is certain." The son explains as he watches the life slowly drain from their eyes.
"Farewell, fools. My father will be here to guide you home soon." The son tells them, dropping their lifeless bodies on the ground.
Turning his attention back to the current leader, the son walks up to him as he continues to stare out the window. "I'll be taking my gloves back, " he says.
The current leader turns around to see the smug look on the son's face. Just mugging him, the current leader doesn't move a muscle.
"I'm sorry,". The son says. "My decades under the sea must have made me forget my manners. Now." The son demands, holding out his hand.
The current leader chuckles and shakes his head. Taking off the diamond-encrusted gloves, the old man hands them over, chuckling.
"And what is so funny?" The GR's son asks.
"That son of yours. I have always wondered why and how he persuaded most of the hand to give up its hunt on Cordayl. The how is easy. Most of them can be bought. But it's the why that keeps me curious." The old leader says walking away.
"Because he wanted to preserve as much of this weakened organization as he could before I returned." The son states.
"Possibly. Or maybe he's one of the few children who have the foresight and the means to protect his father. Either way, you have a good kid. Till next time Napoleon." The old man leaves the the room.
The old leader's words don't sit well at all with Napoleon. Shiva's husband comes to his side. "Sir, we can start searching for Cordayl immediately if he is an issue."
"Soon, there are more who need to know I have returned first. But Cordayl comes as soon as that task is completed." The leader promises.
Cordayl is hiking up a trail, taking in the sounds of nature as he marches to his destination.
Finally reaching the peak, Cordayl stares at the beautiful scene of nature and takes a moment to appreciate its beauty.
Sitting cross-legged, Cordayl focuses on the mountain with a big lake by its side. The mountain turns black and the water turns white.
The two giant masses start to shake, and the scene ends with the mountain becoming uplifted.
Hours later, Cordayl walks back to his log cabin and opens the door sweaty, with some groceries in hand, to see Yesseia heading to the bathroom in her towel.
"Perfect timing." She says with a smirk.
Cordayl and Yesseia soak in a bubble bath. Candles lit, vibe just right, the two sit there in silence, enjoying the moment.
Yesseia finally breaks the silence. "Does this feel weird for you?"
Cordayl smirks. "Sometimes, but I'd rather be in the tub with you vs in battle."
"I agree. You hit hard." Yesseia laughs. "But what I'm asking is, so for me, I've only ever known battle. I've never known emotions or intimacy." She explains. "Have you?"
"I've had a girlfriend before." Cordayl casually tells her. "But that was long before I met you." Cordayl quickly states, feeling the water starting to heat up with Yesseia's jealousy.
"But to answer your question, it feels the same for me. I grew content in the thought that I would die alone." Cordayl falls silent, admitting this to Yesseia. "But these last few months have made me realize I don't want that. I want to be with you. I want to be with my mother. No more running and fighting. Just normal living." Cordayl states.
Yesseia turns around and kisses him. "You forgot to say loving after living." She smiles, turning back around.
"I thought that was obvious," Cordayl smirks, putting his hands on her belly, which is slightly poking out of the water.
They sit there for a little while longer enjoying the peace. "You hungry?" Yesseia ask. Cordayl answers "always" and Yesseia slowly stands to exit the bathtub.
Stepping out, Yesseia reaches for her towel and Cordayl casually activates his gravity control and gently drags all of the water off of her body, before she can pull the towel off of the rack.
Catching the fallen water in a gravity field below her, he returns the water to the bathtub. Yesseia thanks him and wraps the towel around her body.
"Your gravity control has gotten a lot better," Yesseia mentions.
"Thanks. These months of calmness have given me a lot of time to train. I finally lifted that mountain today!" Cordayl tells her.
"You lifted up a whole mountain?! Your gravity control must really be improved. I didn't even feel it when you put it back down." Yesseia praises.
"That's because I didn't put it back," Cordayl whispers, playing with the bubbles.
"Excuse me?" Yesseia ask.
"I lost the mountain." Cordayl repeats.
"How the hell do you lose a mountain, Cordayl?"
"I pushed it as far as I could, then I pushed it further, and when I went to pull it back down, I couldn't feel it anymore, so I took that as a sign it was no longer in the atmosphere." Cordayl sheepishly explains.
"So there is a whole mountain just floating in space right now? You don't think that's a little irresponsible?" Yesseia ask.
"Yeah, but what can I do about it. If it comes back down, I'll handle it then." Cordayl brushes it off.
Yesseia shakes her head. "I can see it now. The Diablo is responsible for the extinction of humanity."
"Haha," Cordayl says to Yesseia's back.
The camera tilts up out the bathroom, past the cabin, past the night sky, all the way outer space, right outside of earth's atmosphere. The mountain is sitting there floating peacefully when suddenly it is rammed in the side by a big satellite.
The quiet explosion looks small compared to the giant rock, but the impact is enough to change the mountain's trajectory from space back toward the Earth.
