{"Your blood sings to me, a siren's call I cannot resist."}
I paced the dimly lit coven jail cell, my fingers itching with frustration. Time was running out, and we needed a plan. I turned to Rou, who leaned against the cold stone wall, his crimson eyes unreadable.
"Is there any way to escape?" I asked, my voice barely above a whisper.
Before Rou could answer, Sierra let out a sigh, arms crossed. "It's too dangerous," she said. "Your only real chance is when they move you to Blood Stone Mountain."
Rou nodded in agreement. "I just hope they don't drug me," he muttered. "That would make it hard to shift into a Rougarou."
Sierra snorted, her lips curling into a smirk. "Oh, I have a feeling you're about to give the Paradise Coven the shock of their lives."
