Mila sat in her office with a face mask on her face and glasses while she sipped kiwi juice. She relaxed on the swivel chair moving herself side to side.
When a knock interrupted her relaxing moment, Mila didn't move but just opened her eyes.
"Ma'am, the chairman asked that you report to the boardroom."
Mila slurped her juice noisily, "I'll be there." She assured but didn't make a move to stand.
The young woman that had come to relay the message stood at the door for a moment before walking away.
Mila dropped the empty cup of juice, then removed the face mask. "Moist..." she smiled looking into the mirror.
"A clear skin for a clear morning," she sucked her teeth. She pushed her chair back and stood up, donning her jacket over her shoulder she calmly left her office and made way to the boardroom.
The moment Mila entered, the murmuring and whisperings suddenly came to a stop.
Andreas narrowed his eyes when he saw Mila alone, "She's not with her sister today?"
