Silas's POV
I was shocked. What happened all of a sudden? Why did Damon do this? I was prepared for this shoot—I had memorized everything, and now they were telling me that it was canceled, that someone else was replacing me. If they were going to give the role to someone else, why bother calling me here in the first place?
Nekol looked just as disappointed, but I was beyond frustrated and angry. I couldn't even put it into words. As I looked around, I saw the makeup artists standing there, listening to our conversation. They had worked hard on my makeup, but now all their efforts were wasted.
But what could I do? I couldn't go against the company or Damon. So, I simply changed my clothes, removed my makeup, and grabbed my bag.
As we left, the crew members and those four idols watched us, but none of them asked what had happened. That meant they already knew someone else had been assigned in my place. Funny, isn't it? The entire situation changed in just 20 minutes.
