Silas's POV
As I woke up, my eyes felt heavy. When I opened them, my vision was blurry, so I blinked repeatedly until it cleared. The first thing I saw was Damon and Theron. They were holding my hands while sleeping.
I was shocked. What was I doing here? Then, suddenly, I remembered last night—when I was unlocking the door to leave the house and saw a shadow coming out of Nekol's room.
I nearly had a heart attack at that moment. I tried to open the door, but before I could, I heard someone running toward me.
I didn't care whether it was a ghost or some kind of killer—I just turned around and smashed my phone against their head. That's when I saw him.
A man, standing in front of me, wearing a black T-shirt with a moon symbol on it. Seeing that, my mind flashed back to the time Damon and Kael were fighting those thugs when we first met.
