Silas's POV
As we were leaving the room, I mustered the courage to glance back. I didn't see anything except darkness, but it felt like something was still lurking under the bed.
We both stepped out of the room and looked around the silent corridors. It felt eerie, too quiet.
Damon was glancing around, deep in thought. I couldn't tell what was going through his mind. What could he be thinking? Just then, he grabbed my hand and started walking quickly.
"Why are you in such a hurry? I'll fall if you pull me like that!" I complained.
"We really need to leave this hospital right now."
Damon's voice was serious,If he was serious, then something was definitely wrong.
There was someone in that room — he had sensed their presence. First i didn't believe but he was indeed right. Damon is is really something.
The power outage was one thing, but the fact that the hospital seemed completely empty was the real issue.
