Damon's POV
Suddenly, while talking, Theron glanced back, so I did too. Silas was sitting straight without resting his head on anything, his eyes closed. It looked like he could wake up at any moment.
"Kael, we'll continue this after returning to the mansion," Theron said, ending the conversation there.
In the end, Silas didn't wake up—he was just moving in his sleep. Who sleeps like that, sitting up with their eyes closed?
Just then, my phone rang. I took it out of my pocket—only 20% battery left. It was my assistant calling, so I answered.
(Assistant): Boss, when are you coming back? Something bad and big has happened.
(Damon): What happened?
(Assistant): Young Master Orion has been missing for the past two days.
Hearing that, my eyes widened in shock. How did Orion go missing?
(Damon): WHAT? How did he go missing? Wasn't he at the mansion the whole time?
