Silas's POV
After a while, Meyer showed us our rooms. Velric and I were in one room, Shine was in another, and Theron had his own. Meyer told us to freshen up while dinner was being prepared.
As we stepped into the room, Velric jumped onto the bed. I guess he was still in the mood to play more. And as he jumped...
"Mumma, you should come too! It feels so nice lying here!"
Then what? I also jumped on the bed because I wanted to see how comfortable it was. And oh, it was so soft, so comfy. I felt like I was in heaven.
"Mumma, it feels so nice that I want to sleep."
"Yeah, me too."
Honestly, I didn't plan to fall asleep, but when we both closed our eyes for just a second, I don't know how, but we didn't open them again—we just dozed off. It was so sudden.
When I finally opened my eyes, it was because of a knocking sound at the door. As soon as I heard it, I realized we had fallen asleep.
