On the other side of the lake, Silas was still hugging Kael.
His heart was beating so fast that he feared if Kael heard it, he'd definitely make fun of him.
"What happened? Why is your cheek getting red? Chipmunk."
Silas quickly pushed Kael on his chest, took off his outer cloak, and threw it to the side of the lake, then turned to Kael.
"You stupid, why did you push me in the first place? Don't tell me you wanted me dead."
"How can you even think about that, Chipmunk? I just wanted to have some fun with you. I was teasing you. Why are you getting so serious? Okay, I know. I shouldn't have done that. I'm sorry."
As Silas took off his cloak, it became easier for him to swim like a merman, and he started swimming faster than Kael—which shocked Kael, because the way Silas was drowning a few minutes ago, it looked like he didn't know how to swim.
But that same Silas was now swimming like a fish in front of him.
