"Could there have been a conflict between the previous civilization in the Eastern Territories and the Church of Heaven?"
Feng's mind reeled from the revelation.
Though he had no concrete proof to support his conjecture, his instincts screamed that he was on the right path.
"Let's assume this is true, and the ancient civilization lost to the Church of Heaven. Was that ancient civilization good, or were they evil?"
This question immediately popped into his mind as soon as he learned about the two opposing factions and that there was probably an underlying reason for their conflict.
"Putting aside my natural dislike for the Church of Heaven, I don't actually have enough proof to judge whether they are good or evil.
This means I shouldn't automatically assume the Church are the bad guys and the ancient civilization are the good guys—unless I want to be a hypocrite."
