I lay down, and Dora showed me her phone screen. The way she positioned my scanned drawings over the picture she took of me perfectly covered my scars.
"Perfect."
The women spoke to each other about who would start with what, and while Chelsea sat on the bed, Dora sat on the bedframe.
I am aware that it's not normal to let two women inside a closed room with two prisoners, especially if one of them was black-haired—matching the prior targets of Kenny3.
Did they want to test me because of my 'corruption'? They could find out all they wanted and then hopefully let me go.
When I had flipped the coin on Dora, I only saw Teddy promising her that I wouldn't pose a danger to her, and the guards only got the order to get us to and from the room.
But…so what if they find out that I am not the same? So what if they uncover how wrong they were upon discovering that there are counterparts among The Four Hundred? Then they would finally have to listen to us and overthink their beliefs.
