Seeing Lin Chuan sleeping so soundly, Zhou Rui felt a bit down. She had changed into the clothes she liked the most, guessing this guy probably wouldn't get the chance to see them. Zhou Rui sat down at the edge of the bed, curiously sizing up Lin Chuan. She just couldn't understand why she had fallen for this dude. When they were kids, she loved playing with Lin Chuan and always followed him around like a shadow, always having a special fondness for him. But back then, they were just kids, naive and ignorant.
Later, she went abroad for studies and gradually forgot about Lin Chuan. When she came back, she didn't exactly look forward to seeing Lin Chuan. But, upon seeing him, those unique feelings from her childhood seemed to have resurfaced as if crawling out of a forgotten corner of her memory.
Zhou Rui chuckled and then said, "Life is really strange, how did I end up liking you?"
