Candace shot Daniel a confused look. What kind of guy is this? Can't win an argument, so now he's just making up childish lies?
"Stop messing around. I'm taking you home," Daniel said as he easily took the knife from Stephanie's hand.
Candace instantly blocked his path, but Daniel gave a quick signal. His bodyguards surrounded her and led her away.
"Sir! Look over here! I'm still here! Don't forget me!" Ashton shouted from a distance, watching Daniel walk away.
He looked completely heartbroken.
On the way home, Stephanie did everything she could to escape from Daniel. But not only did she fail, he also took all her gadgets.
Even the ring with the poison needle was taken away.
Daniel looked the ring in his hand for a while, then asked, "Did your mommy give you this?"
Stephanie didn't answer. She didn't even look at him.
