Between the swiftly flowing clouds across the sky, the chilly moonlight brightly illuminated the entire avenue.
In the center of the avenue, something was crawling under the moonlight. From a distance, Kasahara Asuka saw it and felt it resembled a fine mist formed by the moon's glow or perhaps a woman wearing a white dress.
The night was silent.

"Be careful, stay safe," Fujiwara Reya told her, "If something's amiss, hide behind me first."
