Arin resolved to raise new soldiers. As he lifted his hands to chant, Zulkarnash dashed toward him. "My Lord, forgive your humble servant for interrupting, but I implore you to reconsider!"
Arin halted and fixed his gaze on Zulkarnash. "Explain yourself!"
"My Lord, if you raise soldiers now, the Bandit Chief will rise as well. Given your current level of necromancy, he will rise no better than a Ghoul or, at worst, a mere Skeleton Soldier. His talents would be utterly wasted!"
Arin frowned, then nodded. "You're making sense. What do you suggest?"
Zulkarnash bowed slightly. "Necromancers can perform intricate rituals to control higher-level undead.

They can act freely under your command without counting towards your total number of undead or consuming your necromancy pool.
They effectively serve as your loyal ministers and generals, commanding lesser minions.
