It had been days since Arin had returned from his last adventure. He spent the time overlooking construction of his castle, exploring the nearby woods with the kids, training, and hunting with them.
Arin was still a kid in the heart. And that was why, despite his inhuman appearance, he easily got mixed up with the kids.
Zulkarnash, Sehaliya, and Lapasmita found it strange and awe-inspiring to witness the dichotomy. All of them had witnessed how fierce and cruel their leader was while fighting.
And that same person's attitude changed completely when he was with kids; he was completely a kid right now.
"I have heard of many who were hailed or feared as a Dark Lord", said Sehaliya, "We have even seen one, right?"
"Yes, we have!" Zulkarnash nodded.
"But I cannot imagine one whose nature oscillates between two such extremes!" Lapasmita replied with awe.
