Chapter 6: War of the Gods
The first clash between Infinity God and Aurora Yoichi sent shockwaves across the cosmos. The very fabric of reality trembled as celestial energy exploded in all directions. Stars shattered, and planets crumbled under the force of their battle.
Galaxy God leaped into action, summoning the Cosmic Blade, a weapon forged from the essence of dying stars. He slashed toward Aurora, but the elder brother merely raised a hand, stopping the attack with two fingers.
"You are still weak, Galaxy," Aurora smirked, his eyes glowing with ancient power. "Let me show you the strength of the firstborn."
With a flick of his wrist, he sent Galaxy God hurtling through space, crashing into a distant moon.
The Forgotten Ones Choose Sides
As the battle raged, the Forgotten Ones stood divided. Some of them, still filled with resentment, aligned themselves with Aurora Yoichi, believing he was the rightful ruler of existence. Others, however, saw the destruction he brought and sided with Infinity God and Galaxy God, realizing that balance—not conquest—was the key to survival.
Among them was Vaelion, the God of Abyssal Stars, a warrior once known for his unmatched strength before he was imprisoned in the Void.
"I have no love for Galaxy or Infinity," Vaelion muttered, his black flames flickering. "But Aurora… you are worse than all of them combined."
He turned to Lord Moon, Lord Sun, and Godstar. "If you wish to protect this universe, fight beside me."
The three celestial brothers nodded, uniting their divine power.
The Fall of a God?
Infinity God, bruised but unwavering, activated the Bracelet of Celestial Balance. A blinding golden light erupted from his hand, striking Aurora Yoichi directly.
Aurora's smirk faded as he was pushed back for the first time. "Impossible… this power—!"
Before he could react, Galaxy God reappeared, his entire body infused with the energy of collapsing stars.
"You're not the only one with ancient power, brother," he said.
With a combined attack, Infinity God, Galaxy God, and the warriors of balance unleashed a devastating blow.
Aurora Yoichi roared in fury as the attack engulfed him, tearing through his celestial body. For a moment, it seemed like they had won.
But as the dust settled, a shadow remained.
Aurora, barely injured, laughed.
"You really thought… you could destroy me?" His voice echoed like thunder. "You may have grown stronger, but you are still children in the face of true divinity."
He raised his hand, summoning a force greater than anything the universe had ever seen.
