After helping Liliana with his blueprints, Caleb said goodbye. He didn't want to stay too long as he had some things to do.
The event had pretty much killed off his troop units, especially in the infantry sector. His cavalry units were indeed numerous and capable of protecting the city, but it would be better if there were other troop units added besides the cavalry and archers.
Caleb mounted his mount, leaving after saying goodbye to Liliana. The girl accompanied Caleb's departure to the west gate, a happy smile clearly printed on her face.
"She's a good girl," explained William, riding right beside Caleb.
"That's right. She is indeed a good girl, but don't take advantage of her kindness."
"I'm already grateful she joined my alliance. I feel relieved that she has trusted me completely," Caleb replied.
"Do you like her?" asked William.
