After a desperate rush, the group reached the exit.
Inside the large hall were broken pillars, damaged stone walls and the corpses of several goblins, but nothing more except a luminous blue portal.
This portal would teleport them back to the entrance, allowing them to take Fran home.
However, they also could leave through the doorway, which would take them to another part of the kingdom on the opposite side of the great mountain.
Julian huffed with his back against the wall.
The cold rock felt amazing as he observed the group and noticed Eleanor limping.
"How are you doing?" He asked as he reached out.
Eleanora's lips curled into a smile as she grabbed his arm, struggled to the wall beside him, and gazed at Fran, who lay on a broken pillar with her limbs spread out.
"This is harder than I thought—you weren't kidding about what you said before, Julian."
He couldn't help but show a faint smile, knowing what she meant.
